Thank you for being a part of our community. Please read the following rules, since they'll help us provide you a clean friendly environment to discuss about growing your forums and blogs.

    1. These rules apply to ALL members regardless of age, forum rank or other criteria

We have set these rules to keep our community clean of abuse and easy to use. By registering to our forums you accept these rules. Being a staff member or even the administrator doesn't exempt anyone. Please REPORT any guidelines breach to help us maintain a 'clean' community.

    2. Posting quality a criteria for being a member here

We understand you might not be a native English speaker. The admin is not either, so 'imperfect' English is not a problem. Please do try to construct logical and correct sentences and refrain from 'one liners' ('how cool', 'me too' etc.). While we haven't set a minimum characters rule for our forums posts, please help us create one of the best admin forums by creating threads and replies that contain 2-3 sentences at least.

By posting low quality messages or posts with no sense, just to spam the forums and artificially increase your post count, you can lose your account with us here.

The official language here is English, please refrain from posting in other languages our members might not understand.

    3. Be polite and respect the others

Don't be aggressive to others, don't accept or respond to abuse. No foul language allowed, this is a family friendly community. If you feel like another member is 'attacking' you, please REPORT the message to the admin (Dojo). DO NOT RESPOND to attacks, you'll only make it worse.

Argue about the ideas, don't attack people. We'll gather here some new forum/blog admins and people with a lot of experience. Please share ideas and help out, don't be disrespectful just because you have a lot of experience in this.

    4. Promotion of sites and signature

You can promote your site in the specially created areas, receive feedback and get help with it (post exchanges, new staff, design services etc.). Please do not use the forums to 'spam' your site, you will lose your account here.

Your avatar cannot promote your site. Please use text only if it's for your nickname. Ideally an avatar should be an image. If you want to promote your site via banners, please contact us to create a proper campaign for you.

    Signature rules:

    5. Account termination

You have the right to ONE free account in our community. As long as the account has at last one post and you have not been banned from the forums, the account is open and ACTIVE for an indefinite time.

Normally, since we know life happens, members are free to come and go as their time allows them. Your account will wait here for you at any time, so you don't need to worry about not being active for a while, nor feel you have to announce us of your leave of absence.

If you no longer wish to be associated with the forum and plan on never coming back, you can get your account edited to some general details (and your own details removed). The account will then be banned and you cannot re-join the forums at a later date.

We do NOT delete posts. All our members here provide information to help other forum admins. We allow our members to promote their sites in the signature and each post earns you 'forum cash' that can be redeemed for domain names, hosting or advertising. The information you provide is already 'tangled' up in threads, gets replies etc. so any thread/post we'd remove would mess up the entire content and our users experience.

Yours posts are YOURS since they are under your name and are not used on a third party. But they are the community's posts, since they remain here for many other forum managers and bloggers to learn from our experiences and advice.

For any problems, please contact the administrator.

PS: the guidelines will be updated. Please check back from time to time.
